The Store Persons table records details of all people involved with work in the Warehouse. Work can be allocated to the Store People and reporting is available on productivity etc.
The store person record is quite straight forward involving the following fields only.
Store Person The unique identifier of the record
Depot The Depot the person normally works at. This is for grouping and selection purposes only.
Warehouse The Warehouse the person normally works at. This is for grouping and selection purposes only.
Contact The store person can be linked to a contact record for recording of various contact data such as phone, email and address data. If you wish to add a link to a contact you must do either of;
- Click on the green search button and from the list of displayed contacts select the appropriate one for the store person or;
- Click on the green search button and from the Contact search click on Add New and add the details for the store person. Once you have saved the details you will need to select that person (by clicking on the green tick button) to link them to the Store Person record.
When viewing a store person record you can click on the blue edit/view button to go directly to the contact record.
