The Movement Statuses are used to manage the put way movements of an inwards order. The system is supplied with these fields created as is shown below.

These values are managed by the system in accordance with their sequence number. The meanings of the four statuses are;

Booked The order has been entered but goods have yet to arrive

On Site The order has been devanned (or unloaded) and is now available for put away. The status for all movements within an Inwards Movement will be set to On Site automatically once the Inward Goods Docket is set to On Site.

Allocated The movement has been allocated to a person to carry out.

Completed The goods have been put away.
