The Inward Status is used to show at what stage an Inward Goods Docket is at. The standard status values are supplied with the system. These are shown below.

These values have specific meanings, these being;

Booked The Inward Goods Docket has been entered but the goods are not yet at the Warehouse.

On Site The goods have been devanned and are able to be put away.

Completed The goods have been put away.

The system allows you to enter a location against an Inward Status. This is only used by the status of On Site and is used to denote the location to which goods are devanned or unloaded. This location will be used to show the departure point for movements that are put away movements.
