Depots

A depot record should be set up for each operational location.

The fields available for each depot are;

Depot This is the unique identifier for a depot record.

Description This is an extended description of the depot which may be used in reporting.

Address The physical address of the depot. This should have been previously created in the Address administration and can be recalled from that point. Refer to Address Entry

Contact If there is a prime contact relating to the depot this contact can be linked here

Resources The facility to record resources (fork lifts, staff, trucks, trailers etc) is provided through this list of in lines. This data is not currently used but is intended to be used for resource utilisation and productivity reporting in the future.
