Addresses

Addresses are recorded here to be used for operational and postal purposes. While addresses can be entered directly into the various points they are used, recording them within this table makes them re-usable at various points.

Name This is the id of the record and must be unique and correct as it cannot subsequently be changed. If you create an address with an incorrect name you are best to delete then add the record again.

Latitude Location data used within the mobility facilities.

Longitude Location data used within the mobility facilities.

Customer If the address relates to a specific customer (ie: a customer location or the address of your customer’s customer) the customer code of your customer should be entered here.

Type This is the type of address. See Administration > Customers > Address Type for explanation of the options.

Slot From This is the earliest time your vehicles are able to call at this address for collections or deliveries.

Slot To This is the latest time your vehicles are able to call at this address for collections or deliveries.

Other Fields The other fields that are available are for the storage of information only.
