Action Cards

Action cards are setup as templates for jobs, allowing for a company to apply it’s best practice to jobs consistently and accurately. The action card defines the various actions that should be applied to a job that matches the particular card. When entering a job the system will attempt to apply an Action Card prior to rating. The application of an Action Card first involves matching the Job to a Card after which the jobs actions are created based upon the actions recorded against the Action Card.

Matching Fields:

Job Type A description of the type of work to be carried out. These are defined in the Job Type table (see further on in this section).

Customer Action Cards can be defined for specific customers if required.
